The score is computed deterministically. No LLM call.
The form at /ai asks fifteen questions about your role, your employer, your AI tool habits, and how you spend your time across twelve task categories. We compute your score from public AI-usage data and save it. We do not send your answers to any AI provider. We do not ask for your name, email, phone, or address.
Looking for the privacy notice for the pivot plan at /intake? See /privacy. Different form, different data flow.
Your score lives at a random web link. Only people you share that link with can read it. The score is computed from public data using a fixed formula. There is no AI model writing anything on this path. Your answers are NOT sent to any AI provider for this tool. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking.
If you have questions about this notice, the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines is the regulator at privacy.gov.ph. You can also reach the operator of this site at hello@landas.ph.
- Your occupation choice (one of about thirty options) and, if you pick “Other”, the short description you typed.
- Your employer type (large outsourcing company, mid-size, small, tech, freelance, government, other).
- How often you use AI tools (never to daily).
- Twelve task-time answers (none, rarely, sometimes, often, most) for tasks like writing short docs, looking up info, summarising meetings, writing code, designing visuals, scheduling, analysing data, and so on.
- Your computed score, the four-metric breakdown, the per-task scoring grid, and the three “What to do next” cards we generated for you, so the shareable link keeps working.
- Your name, email, phone number, or home address.
- Any cookie. There is no analytics, no tracking, no consent banner because none is needed.
- Any timestamp finer than the calendar day on the public page.
- No third-party tracking pixels, no Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel.
Honest disclosure: when you submit a score, the request carries your IP address as part of normal web traffic. We use it transiently for rate-limiting and abuse prevention only. We do not log it to any permanent store, do not associate it with your score, and do not share it. Under PH Data Privacy Act 2012 (RA 10173), this counts as processing personal information for a legitimate operational purpose.
Every page on this site loads a small bot-detection script from our hosting provider so a stray scraper cannot exhaust the budget that keeps this site free. It reads non-personal browser signals (extension list, JavaScript engine quirks, request timing) and returns a per-request verdict. It does not set a cookie, does not store a device identifier, and is not used for analytics or advertising. The hosting provider acts as a sub-processor under a standard data processing agreement. If you use a strict anti-fingerprinting extension and a real submission is blocked, disable it on landas.ph and retry.
The pivot-plan tool at /intake sends answers to a United-States-based AI provider so its model can write the plan. The score tool at /ai is different: there is no AI provider call on the score path. The score is computed in our own server code from public AI-usage data we ship with the site. Your answers are stored on the shareable score page only. No third-party data path runs for your /ai submission.
- Your score is retained indefinitely so the shareable link keeps working. If you no longer want it public, email hello@landas.ph with the slug from your score URL (the eight characters after
/ai/result/) and we will delete it within seven days. - Aggregate counts at /data are derived from scores and update automatically as scores are deleted.
The score tool is intended for adult workers (18 and older). The form is generic enough that we cannot reliably tell a minor apart from an adult, but the questions about employment, AI tool habits, and time allocation across professional tasks are framed for working adults. If a parent or guardian believes a minor in their care submitted a score and wants it removed, email hello@landas.ph.
