Your plan lives at a random web link. Only people you share that link with can read it. The plan is written by an AI model. The provider does not use your answers to train its model by default. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking.

• Your twelve answers (multiple-choice categories such as role, years, region, English level, hours per week).
• The optional “anything specific” note you wrote in your own words. Stored on your plan only, never aggregated. The form warns you to leave out anything that could identify you.
• The plan we wrote for you, so the shareable link keeps working.
• An anonymous, per-day count of what roles, regions, and platforms came up across all plans. No individual data, no joinable patterns.

• Your name, email, phone number, or home address.
• Any cookie. There is no analytics, no tracking, no consent banner because none is needed.
• Any timestamp finer than the calendar day on the public page.
• No third-party tracking pixels, no Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel.

Honest disclosure: when you submit a plan, the request carries your IP address as part of normal web traffic. We use it transiently for rate-limiting and abuse prevention only. We do not log it to any permanent store, do not associate it with your plan, and do not share it. Under PH Data Privacy Act 2012 (RA 10173), this counts as processing personal information for a legitimate operational purpose.

Every Landas page loads a small bot-detection script from our hosting provider so a stray scraper cannot exhaust the budget that keeps this site free. It reads non-personal browser signals (extension list, JavaScript engine quirks, request timing) and returns a per-request verdict. It does not set a cookie, does not store a device identifier, and is not used for analytics or advertising. The hosting provider acts as a sub-processor under a standard data processing agreement. If you use a strict anti-fingerprinting extension and a real submission is blocked, disable it on landas.ph and retry.

Your twelve answers and the optional note are sent to a United-States-based AI provider so its model can write the plan. The provider does not train on commercial API inputs by default, and we have not opted in. The provider may retain inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring per their standard commercial terms. The provider acts as a sub-processor under a standard data processing agreement.

• Your plan is retained indefinitely so the shareable link keeps working. If you no longer want it public, email hello@landas.ph with the slug from your plan URL (the eight characters after /b/) and we will delete it within seven days.
• Aggregate counts at /data are derived from plans and update automatically as plans are deleted.

Landas is intended for adult workers (18 and older). The form is generic enough that we cannot reliably tell a minor apart from an adult, but the questions about employment, family obligations, and income pressure are framed for working adults. If a parent or guardian believes a minor in their care submitted a plan and wants it removed, email hello@landas.ph.
