About Landas

A practical map for changing work in the Philippines.

Landas helps experienced workers examine task change, transferable capabilities, and credible next steps as AI changes work. The name means path or route.

Why it exists

Career tools often reduce a person to a job title, a score, or a list of generic courses. Landas starts with actual tasks and practical limits. It shows three route types and keeps the evidence and uncertainty visible.

Who it serves

The first audience is Filipino adults with current or earlier work experience, including employees, freelancers, displaced workers, and active jobseekers. BPO remains a deep vertical, while the product now covers work across the full PSOC directory.

What it is not

Landas is not a recruiter, employer, school, government service, job board, or open-ended career chatbot. A route is guidance for further research. It is not a promise of hiring, income, credential recognition, or job security.

Independence

Landas is an independent project. It is not affiliated with PSA, DOLE, TESDA, IBPAP, the ILO, Anthropic, or any destination named in a route. Source links are citations, not endorsements or paid placements.

Corrections

Evidence can become stale or be interpreted incorrectly. Send the page URL, disputed statement, and supporting source to hello@landas.ph. A destination that fails its current check is disabled until reviewed.

Read the record

The source catalog and method are public so the guidance can be challenged and improved.
